Value wheel to select sounds and styles

Hi guys, I have the following concern with my Pa300.

Is it possible to assign the sound and style selection function to the mod wheel while I'm in the specific category?

For example, if I'm in the PIANO sound bank, can I scroll forward/backward with the value wheel to select the one I want instead of using my fingers or a stylus?

So far I haven't been able to
