PLEASE HELP - AUDIO PLAY ACTIVE

I usually create my tracks on BIAB then export them in the right format on an SD card. So far no problem BUT now by following the process that had always worked the Kross, no longer keeps in memory the new songs that I want to assign in the AUDIO PLAY ACTIVE the pads remain desperately EMPTY after leaving the PLEASE HELP page
