Replace Pitch Bend

Hey guys. I love my M3 61, and am only looking for a new controller because the pitch bend has an issue. When bending up, it doesn't return to true center. Instead of 64, it is somewhere in the 70s, and I have to bend into a note to return it to center. This is an issue, makes the solo / line out of tune.

Can you tell me please where I would get a replacement part? Also, is it an easy enough fix to do myself? I am reasonably competent but not a tech. If it's just unbolting, and disconnecting / reconnecting wires I could probably do it. Thank you.
