New release of loguetools

This is an announcement that, after a couple of years of inaction, I finally released a slightly updated version of loguetools, the free tool for translating minilogue patches to the xd and splitting libraries into individual patches.
v0.1.7 finally works on macOS Big Sur, which is the latest version I can test on. It may even work on more recent macOS versions, and possibly even on M1-macs and Linux. Also tested and working on Windows 11.
This version adds an option to skip outputting factory presets and fixes a few bugs.
