Error in reading from medium Copy from ZIP to HDD

Hello, on triton rack I trying to copy from HDD to ZIP via SCSI
And I get an error message.
"Error in reading from medium"
and then the rack displays abracadabra on the screen and hangs.
Saving to ZIP is performed without any problems, reading from HDD too.
At the same time, if I do the same operations on the Triton studio - everything goes as it should.
What's wrong with rack

Try to copy from ZIP to SCSI2SD on HDD partition and in the opposite direction- exactly the same problem

I assumed that the problem with copying is due to different file systems: FAT16 on the zip and FAT32 on the HDD

Reformatted HDD to FAT16 - did not help
