Hi, I don't know if this has been addressed here on the forum before but I can't seem to figure this out even after watching a video on YT showing how to do it.
The Menu on my Pa5x is not the same as in the video.
Each styles comes pre loaded with 4 keyboard sets but how do you change these and save your own 4 sets?
I've tried first saving a style, then loading that user style, then selecting a different keyboard set and saving the style but when I select that style again it shows the 4 original keyboard sets .
I'm using the latest Korg OS.
Is anybody else having this problem?

It works as follows, stkeys wrote:Hi, I don't know if this has been addressed here on the forum before but I can't seem to figure this out even after watching a video on YT showing how to do it.

Factory styles
factory styles are protected, you can't replace the keyboard sets directly in factory styles.
Factory styles in a songbook
if you create a song performance by selecting a factory style and holding the book button for two seconds, the style is saved in the songbook with the active selected keyboard set on keyboard slot 1 for that song (style).
If you want to modify the three other keyboard sets then go to the entry edit page of that song in your songbook. At the bottom you see a section called Keyboard set. Select a new keyboard set by pressing the keyboard set name in that section, then in the dropdownfield behind it select the keyboard set position for that song (style). This way you can store up till 4 keyboard sets per song.
Save a factory style as a user style
select one of the factory styles and save the style in one of your own user banks. Now you have made a copy, when you select that style copy it's unprotected, so now you can select a new keyboard set and when you select the save keyboard set in the right top menu of your style, it will show that other screen where you can choose in which keyboard set slot you want to store it in the style.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply.
I had been trying to save new keyboard sets to User styles but for some reason I wasn't getting the menu with the option to chose "to Library" or " to Style"
I just tried it again and this time I did get those 2 options so I was able to save the keyboard set to the style........ no idea why it wasn't working previously but it's working now.
Thanks again.
