Keyboardset Name's Assigned Location

Post by patpsc »

Hello all,

I've successfully converted my 4X Set to 5X KST using the onboard Pa 5X. I have some questions:

1. I noticed that the USER locations are assigned in alphabetically order and not like the Pa 4X. Is there a way to assign each name in any particular slot in the bank or I have to rename each name with a number in front of it?

2. After loading the converted the Pa4X KST. Some of my User Keyboardsets were modified from the Pa4X Factory Sounds. So, does the Pa5X remapped or matched the those factory samples? or it will copy the samples over to USER Sample Banks?

Thank you
Patrick

Hello

1. You cannot. It’s alphabetical only.

2. For me, some sounds never moved over if they were internal unless the same one existed on Pa5x.
