Korg X3 sequencer effects

Post by slooky »

I have some songs in the sequencer. Any reason why if I have no effects set and it still sounds like a phaser is on all instruments? Shot in the dark, I know but maybe someone can say something

Unwanted phasing can be caused by the existence of a MIDI feedback loop. The repeated MIDI data retriggers the sound, but with a slight delay.

If you're running MIDI software, I suggest temporarily disconnecting the X3 MIDI-In and see if the problem is corrected. If so, disabling MIDI echo on any software applications being run might resolve this.
