Storing Style volume in songbook.

Hi All

In some of my songbook songs the volume of the style (as a whole) is too loud or too soft. I know I can adjust these levels using the sliders (player 1 or player 2) but these new levels are not stored if I re-save the songbook entry.

I am sure that on the PA4x there was a 'Style volume' slider in the mixer window & any changes were saved in the songbook.

Am I missing something, because it is very inconvenient to have to keep adjusting the sliders live each time I load a song.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is no one able to help with this question?
I would have thought others would have experienced the same issue.
Does it mean that I have to adjust each part of the style independently?

style volume is part of the control section, the control section settings aren't stored in a songbook.

What I think they are saying is the control section is part of a style, so you make the changes and save it as a user style. Then you can save the user style in the songbook and then you will have the levels as desired.

Thanks for the replies.
I was sure I could do this on the PA4x. IT seemed to remember the balance between style & Upper 1,2,3 into SB entry.
Having to create a user style each time to just balance the instruments seems very long winded.

Yes, it also stored the MP3 level! Not any more.
