What is the best way to record a bass groove on the keyboard and assign it to a pad that can be transposed/modulated as the loop plays? Is that possible with this keyboard?

Can a bass groove be recorded and assigned to a pad while a drum loop is playing?

Since there are 128 presets for the pads is it possible to assign them to different programs and combis so that when you switch patches it switches to the bank of 16 that you need
