Random Freeze & display charactor erros of Pa5x

I have noticed following issues;
1. When I overwrite a style in the style editor mode there is a prompt saying its already there. In that message sometimes the "Exist" appear as "@xist"
2. Also sometimes after I return to the play mode from the style editor mode the fill and variation buttons does not work. I found the on-screen variations and fills icons ( in the Marker screen) does work even the physical buttons not working.
3. When changing songs in the setlist mode sometimes the whole keyboard freezes up. Most times it works ok but randomly it freezes. I have connected a midi out through DIN to a drum module. I dont know whether its a midi issue. Sometimes it freezes with wired noise (?? held midi notes) from the keyboard.
Has anyone come across the above errors
Is there a way that we could inform this to korg so they could look in to it.

Special characters can cause the board to freeze. I have zero issues with the 5x - except for when I name a style with a special character.

For example, the ‘ symbol in the Style name also crashed the Pa5x. For example, I named a style 001 Rock-1 ‘23’ (DH) and it imported successfully but crashed/froze the keyboard when I selected it.

I ended up simply removing the ‘ and it worked without any issues…

Possible "congnitive overload" for the microprocessor or maybe dementia for the arranger is setting in
