korg kross 2 strange problem with editor

Hi, I managed to load the VST editor in Acid pro 11 (yes smiles all round at the DAW, sadly I'm not so affluent and its quite a good option for me).

Anyway back to the topic: so, I open the software editor inside the DAW, it connects, then LOADS blank presets, it completely wipes everything haha

well that's curious. I tried several times and it kept doing it.
i guess I will work/find a cure but that seemed quite extraordinary
