Nautilus 73 (w/o AT) dropping notes

My Nautilus 73 appears to be dropping notes intermittently. I notice this when playing chords or individual notes. It seems to be happening at least once every 15 minutes of playing. By dropping I mean thet all notes being held down at the time go silent until I release the notes and strike them again. So far I've only noticed this with the Italian Grand Piano and Small Grand Piano presets. As far as I know I haven't changed any preset parameters.

Normally I plug the Nautilus stereo outputs into my Yamaha mg12xu mixer which outputs to a KRK sub which then sends the upper end to a pair of Yamaha HS5 monitors. This has worked fine for about 3 months.

To make a long debugging story short, I have removed all external connections (including USB and pedals) and play through wired headphones from the Nautilus rear jack. I am still getting dropped notes.

Anything more I should try? Thanks for any ideas --Jim

Interesting. I wonder if it has to do with the disk streaming, especially for the Italian Grand Piano, as that is a lot of data.

Are you running 1.33 OS?

Oops—shame on me ! I thought I upgraded the OS when I first got the board. Updating now—I’ll post results after I’ve had a chance to play.

yes, I had the same problem and updating the firmware fixed it. good job korg on that fix.
