Synth-Samples on ESX without change of Wavelength?

Post by NoxBit »

Hello,

I have a KORG ESX....
I've already had a superficial look at it and I'm really happy with it... Unfortunately, there's one thing I don't know...
Is it possible to play my own synth samples on the device in the same way as they are already available in stock? I'm specifically interested in how I can get samples or wavesynth oneshots or similar sawtooth wave-like sounds onto the device without the speed changing, but only the pitch being playable via the piano section... If I just use any sample, it changes the wavelength of the samples at the same time and that sounds stupid... Now it would be good to know how I can implement this...

If it's important for you, I use Fruity Loops for samples, a conversion software to adjust the Hz and sample rate and a software called “OpenEditor” to manage samples and patterns.
