No Authorization Code from korguser.net

Hi everyone.
I got an OASYS 76 and its previous owner did never generate the authorization codes for LAC-1/MOD-7 and EXs3, so they are in Demo mode.

I tried to generate these codes with no luck.
On korguser.net under "Free Authorizations" a message appears saying "All plug-ins are already authorized for this OASYS Public ID".

And when I navigate to "Show previously purchased Authorization Codes" it always shows an empty result for each plug-in.

Also the re-authorization CD never arrives in my e-mail inbox.

Does anyone know, if the support for the OASYS has been discontinued completely?

The problem was solved by contacting my local Korg distributor.

It's good to know that Korg are continuing to support users of this venerable instrument.
