My window has stopped responding to selections. Is there a fix or a reset that can be employed?

Have you tried going into Global mode, pressing EXIT twice, then holding down ENTER and pressing 3 on the numeric keypad. This will put the M50 into Touch Panel Calibration mode.

If the above doesn't fix the issue, then the Touch Panel resistive sensor, or its associated circuitry, has developed a fault.
