Can't Record since getting this warning

I've started getting this warning when trying to record.
Warning : By creating a new song any unsaved change
will be lost. Whether I press yes or no it still doesn't go
to the prompt I usually see.

I started recording a second track on a few past recordings
recently and thought maybe that was the cause and looked
to get to the record prompt I usually see.

I've had the operating system update months ago.

My only hope is to take it to the repair shop if I can't find help here.

I've had only Korg Workstation since 1992 when I got a Korg O1Wfd,
then an I3 , I30 ,Two Sp100 , A karma and a PA 900
before I got the PA5x WITH no problems on any one I've had in the past
until now with the PA 5x . The one that cost the most.

I've contacted Korg with the problem. Lets see if they respond.

If worst comes to worst I just take it to my friendly Korg Repair shop
and have them look at it.

are you changing the name before saving or recording? what you post is a normal warning to prevent over-writing , is this mp3 which you can't overwrite or midi?
