Mp3 plays no sound

Hello, maybe someone has an ide for me:
I downloaded some karaoke mp3 songs. Now I started the song ... i see seconds running on main screen ... see "mp3" sign ... but there's no sound output. I have checked all settings and don't find anything.
has anyone an idea?

Double-check your audio output settings. Make sure it’s not defaulting to a Bluetooth device or HDMI with no speaker. Try switching to your main speakers or headphones

Are you sure the FADER to mix between Player A and Player B is all the way to the LEFT for Player A?

Also, some MP3's have a very long intro with dead space; meaning try to fast foward in the song towards the middle to see if there is actual music.
