Pa5x Songbook Synchro start/stop control missing

Post by striphio »

Hi. On Pa4x in songbook there were options for synchro start, synchro stop and memory, on, off and unchanged. In Pa5x there is no such option, it only saves what it's state of this when you write a songbook entry.
Disadvantage of this is that if you want some time to play differently, you can't and must manually do it every time when you switch to a new song. If you play with an arranger you want maybe in most songs to have synchro start on and save it like that. Another time maybe you will have a gig with a live band and no need for style, just maybe lower on left hand and sounds for songs for your right hand to play, then you must all the time watch for your synchro style to turn it off to not start style accidentally. It would be quite annoying don't you think? There are reasons why this option was there before, but now it's missing. It would be great if Korg add this option on Pa5x like on older series.
Another way to solve this is to add synchro start/stop lock checkbox in Settings/General control/Lock page.
