headphone connector

Hello my fellow Korg users.
It has been a while since i came here, i need some help.
My headphone is not working, i open my Pa4x and i found the connector was broke.
anyone here knows where i can find the parts for it?

I'm a Kronos 3 owner, so I'm flying a bit blind.

If the jack is mounted to a PC board as it is in this 5x video, it might require the help of a Korg repair center technician to order the part. I can't say if the assembly is available online. 🤔

I replaced two output jacks on my pa4x.

this may work
