MOSS VPM sequence w/Triton Extreme

Here's an example of use of MOSS expansion board in a Triton Extreme using program F018 Tine Piano. This sequence uses the combination E052 Session Split which includes the MOSS program F018 Tine Piano.

The MOSS oscillator type used in F018 is VPM (Variable Phase Modulation) synthesis (VPM also used in CZ-101 and in the Kronos / Nautilus MOD7 sound engine). The oscillator is not sample-based.

The preload for MOSS includes populating the program F-Bank as well as 000-063 in the combination E-bank.

I did notice a bug in the Copy From Combi where some timbres were not copied over and had to be manually entered. This may only happen when F-Bank MOSS programs are in the Combination.
