Change your dealer to someone who knows what a keyboard is - his response to you is a cop-out and ridiculous.

So, if you can easily reproduce the problem get your PA4X fixed by your local service centre (hopefully it is still under warranty).

Can someone test this please (after latest OS update)

EC5 Pedal - bass and drums mute function does not work. Tested the EC5 switches assigned with other settings EG Accomp 1-5 mute, and this works.

So the EC 5 is not faulty. This worked prior to the latest OS 2.0.10..

Seems to affect Bass Drums only, but I am checking for others as well.

There isn't a single "Style Bass and Drum Mute" function, so I've tested "Style Bass Mute" and "Style Drum Mute": they works perfectly for me, I've latest 2.1.0 OS.

hmmm, so it works for yours, interesting.

I just re-checked and nope, bass mute (style) and drum mute (style) do NOT work when assigned to the EC5.

The switches on the EC5 work as I have assigned the Style Acc 1-5 to those same switches assigned to Drum Mute and Bass Mute, and the MUTE status changes with the switch press.

I am listing this as a bug in OS 2.0.10

EDIT: I'll amend this to: It's the (green) PLAY/MUTE (orange) that does note change. The function does indeed work. I checked it on the Trk Select screen and bass/drums mute as they should , so yeah it's a bug insofar as the indicator tab on the main page.

Thought I'd just check this on my PA4X.

Absolutely correct - it's a bug - same problem whether using EC5 or switch!!!!.

ALSO:- if you are in STYLE PLAY mode, in the "Volume" screen, press your EC5 Drum-mute (nothing changes on the screen) THEN press the "kbd set" tab and back to "volume" tab the drum track then shows correctly

Does not save Vocal harmonies preset to STS1-4. Does not Save Vocal Harmony preset this songbook.
There is no option of the past 4X vocal harmony preset for song. Now max 1x for song.
Or am I wrong???? It does not work right.

Hi guys
I found bug while I loaded samples or pcms from two different Protected USB !(connect to Back and front USB port or connected with usb hub)
when Pa4x is starting up a message will appear and you must select Retry button!

notice that with one protected usb there is no problem!

Found a bug in version 2.2.0
Being in the [Voice Preset] menu then pressing the [Preset] -MIC / VOICE Pa4X button freezes
OS developers request to solve this problem.

You are right it doesn't work.

Is it specified as such? If not, then it's not a bug.

I believe only one preset per song (happy to be corrected as I haven't scanned the manual for this)
