The poll is crazy! It presumes the information about Korg being sold is correct. There has been no independent verification of that information. What about adding a third radio button "I think the rumour in this thread is false" ?

Are you fool enough to think that Korg distributes its own products.. like... handles the logistics and all that?

Also, when a company begins distributing another company's goods, it does not mean either company is in trouble, as it would make sense if either company acquired the other, or neither.

Korg is not being sold and is going forward strongly with launch of Kronos and Pa3x. Source: three different Korg employees at their impressive stand at Musicmesse, plus visit to our stand from a design engineer who works for Korg in Japan.

Our company distributes Korg in our country so I know better, thank you. Korg distribute Nord and PRS in Japan to augment their revenues. A fool would quickly see that. :)

I don't know what exactly you meant by quoting your source, and I take it you meant well. I was also just quoting mine, verbatim.

Apple would be the single company buying Korg that would make me never consider Korg again.
Current Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), SQ-64, DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, 3x nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha).

Don’t believe in rumors without weight...

Ah....a voice of reason....at last.

But the poll will scare any company that thinks they can buy Korg and "we the people" will be happy about it. Even the Skull and Cross Bones gang won't be happy about that and you sure don't want to piss those guys off. I should have thought of the poll myself....but happy thoughts are far from my mind at the moment. The NC5 is on hold until I'm done proving a point and I'm not talking about the UFT which BTW I can now explain in English not that some needed me too. I talking about being robbed and trying to enjoy it like lying on a bed of nails. There are a lot of points to pick out but there is one that hurts the most so I am focusing on it to let Mass hammer the dying **** out of it.

Sorry....imagine it's next week and you buy a brand new 88 key Kronos for 10 bucks direct from Korg on a blowout sale. Better yet imagine you bill Korg several thousand dollars for picking it up and be sure to add what you paid your friends that helped you with the weight of the box. Now imagine you're not you because the cops came over to your house today to take it from you before you even took it out of the box because they wanted it and you weren't the one that paid 10 bucks for it or better yet sent Korg the bill.

KARMA? We will just have to wait and see what happens when the idiot opens up the box and see's what's really inside. I can't say what I put in there right now but I know it wasn't a Kronos. They don't come out till June. But I did notice a rope tried to a tree and a hole in the box.

If you wait and listen I bet you hear the tree make a noise. It will take time for the sound vibrations to reach the tree of course and the rope will need to be nice and tight. That’s what the weight does.

A short term loss can only mean a long term gain when you measure it. Let's wait and see if I'm right.

Until then don’t believe in rumors without weight.

John^^

I think Korg have needed a well overdue boot up the arse since the newer generation s**t parts Electribes were clearly built in some slave type toy factory.
I found the keyboard of my dreams when I bought the R3 only to have to return it due to similair toy parts again included on a glitchy product.

If it is true then maybe products built less with a metaphorical ideology like Tony Blair will come out of a merger/takeover

I thought I was verbal, until I read your post.

What have Blair, Korg, metaphors and ideology got do to with each other?
