Pa4x OS 1.2.0

with the new OS installed my PA4X refuses to load the samples that go with the sounds that I could load without any problems in PA800 ,PA900.
Any suggestions ?

I installed the OS 1.20 successfully and then loaded and played my Pa4X set without any problem.

After 3 times load new O.S...Factory restore and load my set (working on 1.1.3) half samples doesnt work...just some noise

I think KORG must give an update and include again the automatic or manual decompression.

I had to compress all samples that would fix the problem..
most samples did not work...after update..
And i find new bug, fill to var in unlock mode and auto fill turned off, cant save settings. In lock mode just freeze keyboard, and ...restart
Anyone else have this problem? With 1.2.0?

Update installed OS 1.20 very easy and PA4X working just wonderful ..

A question for those who can't send Master Transpose data out. Have you removed any System Exclusive filter from the Global > Midi > Filters page?

Hi,

After updating the OS, I get a big problem with my own samples.
Some of them have been corrupted. You can see the video here (sorry for my english and the quality of the video):

I've already test a reset of the pa4x but no chances. I've never compressed any samples, even when I was using the set into the pa3x.
Any advices please?
Is there a method to uncompress ALL samples?

Hello Paolo,my filter page is totally cleared...all 8 channels are off....on Midi Out page channel 1 is set to Control....is this the right setup?or there must be Notes on one of the 16 channels in filter page?

The samples are loading just fine. In PA4X's sample editor are playing right. Something is happening within the sample and sound structure of the instrument and a white noise comes from the keyboard sets that include previous OS version decompressed samples!
It's better to let KORG technicians try to find out what is the problem.
I believe it's a matter of time, otherwise load the samples from the original files and you won't have any problem at all!
For current owners of a PA3X or for those that they owned one it's better to load samples from a PA3X set file.

I'm gonna wait for os 1.2.1 or 1.2.2
The bug reported about user samples is very serious and I gues it will be fixed in next os. If there will be more users reporting these problems we might see the next update in few days. It happend the same way on christmas.
This update seems to solve my reported problems as a pa4x user, but it seems that it's an unstable version.
Waiting 1.2.something or 1.3 with better ui resolution

Keep up the good work KORG!

There is another bug regarding the new fill to var option...when I save my setup in this function within the style,next time when I select that style the fill setup is reset to off...all fills ....so it's not usable at the moment...please look at this problem,and the Midi Transpose problem ...and one another thing regarding the fill to var,the shortcut for the fill to var is not working like on the Pa3x ...shift+fill need to throw you at the fill section but it's not doing that....

Not just fill t0 var, songbook have bug(new song), volume contr.for solo sound (up.1.2.3.)...and as assign to slider func. and more...guys wait for next update...
