I hope not... None of the parameter controls are labeled

I think someone made a best guess at the design using the leaked PCB pics from a while back.

All the controls are space too close together to be a Moog. Not to mention the rendering is appalling.
Moogs have massive gaps between all the dials and whatnot on their keyboard synths, like they are made for aliens with huge fat fingers (or, the keybed length ensures that there are huge gaps between the frontface controls). Not a bad thing when you consider the Japanese trend of mini-everything right now, but also the only Moog I'm entertaining the idea of own right now is the one without a keyboard attached due to the amount of space they take.

When it comes down to it, I really hope they just don't do another Sub/Fatty-variant. They've supersaturated the high-end mono-synth market already with their synths, time for a change. It feels like the mobile phone market at times where incremental improvements and developments are pushed out every year on what is essentially the same model with a new slightly different name and the same sound you already have on last year's model.....

I agree that the rendering is terrible (amateurish, although probably close to the final product), but the controls are pretty tightly packed together, especially on the right (VCF/VCA/ Envelopes?)

Wow! But yet again this takes me back to the days of wanting those insanely expensive Moog modulars and for me the (quite expensive) Polymoog! Beautiful instrument though.

Not hardly Jim. That is the price of the Oasys when they came out in the previous decade. I did spend the money then, but will not now. Cool with what I use now. 8)
