This looks cool... The only reason i kept v3 was that wind instruments now sound better ,and generally the whole keyboard sounds better,i just wish everything worked ok......and more free style banks or a second Direct set

I updated to 3.1 a couple of weeks ago and have had zero problems with it.
I play styles, both factory and user, and an occasional midi file.

Not using some functions occasionally or at all (for example: HD connect enable/disable) doesn't mean that bugs don't exist.

It just doesn't happen or will never happen if you have a 61keys model without Hd,Or if you never use songbook,it is logical not to have problems then.

And that is just an example.
Actually there are more bugs than ever.....

Well after a few days playing the PA4X with no problems..then out of know where the Pad sync problem is still very apparent (V3.01) and with other reports of problems from other members through out this forum then we still unfortunately have a unstable problematic platform... so logic tells us anyone making a living performing live etc then OS V2 is the best place at the moment as OS V3 in it's present state is a shambles.

yes OS 2.2 work better then OS 3.x

and I love your Screen colors and this is what OS 3 should look like ,, not dark gray on black..with extra small fonts.

You seriously cannot expect Korg to take notice of anything reported from a hacked OS

Once hacked:- never reliable and completely unsupported.....

I didn't say bugs don't exist. I said I haven't had them.
I use Songbook extensively. I use the OS as it came from Korg.

UNSUPPORTED since 2 years!

Hacked or Not, in my setup the most important thing are is it working!

is it suitable for my eyes, colors etc.
AND YES , I like this one better It,s Working anyway

and if you just change the colors . it is still work the same ... now if you try to add things to it ,, it might not work.. but just colors ..should be good ....

and as far as supported from korg ,,the warranty is over, so no help there ,,, if you send in the keyboard to be fix ,, korg will fix it and you will pay $$$$$,,,,

and korg will not take notice of the hack os...

and you can just go back to factory OS 2 or OS 3 again..

I use Songbook extensively. I use the OS as it came from Korg.

Then you should have experienced at least some bugs :

-Cannot add user sb entries to DIRECT setlist.You have to save the entry first to DIRECT songbook (I think pa1000 does this without saving first to Direct songbook).

- switching from a mp3 sb entry to another,sometimes it keeps the previous mp3...

- changing transposed sb entries,doesn't always get the transpose function at first beat orbar

- search function might stuck,but unfreezes if you clear all and press ok

- After disable connection to HD,try to add titles on setlists and see what happens....

As I have stated, I am trying to assist here (not argue):-

This is not a bug and works exactly as Korg specifies....

PA4X manual P133 wrote:The Internal Set Lists will use Internal Entries, while the Direct Set Lists
will only use Direct Entries. This way, the list will always find the associated
Entries.

Will get back to more later and yes, there ARE bugs so please don't misunderstand my intentions here (thanks)
