Open it up, and reseat RAM module and all ribbon/usb connectors after cleaning with deoxit. The problem will be resolved. Promise. Enjoy your Kronos.
I received the 3rd, yes the 3rd Keyboard from Sweetwater and so far things are looking good. This time I did not update the OS.
Hopefully, this is it.
