I verified that information less than a month ago and Korg USA has been saying May 2024 since the end of January

If you are friends with any local distributors you can ask them to confirm. That's what I did. They informed the distributors already around the time of the NAMM but didn't announce it to the general public.

I'm not going to hold MY breath waiting. I think that would be suicide. I'll just wait patiently like always ... just hoping but not expecting.

I suspect (I don't KNOW) that Korg is a dying company living on the respirator of past innovation and successes. My hope is that it isn't true. I haven't had a crash or lockup with the Pa5x for awhile now, and with the gracious help by Antony and others providing information and also the styles from the Pa4x, I'm content. I think the people on this forum providing extras really help in keeping Korgs Pa5x alive. I say THANK YOU to all on this forum that are staying positive by providing resources and knowledge that continue to make the Pa5x current and fun.

For now, Just wait and see, i can tell you all, There is people that DIVES in to the OS for making it ready for us.
Also All people can ask for change of the faulty leds for free, Korg did the best thing to help people, No one is left out or behind, YES we have waiting a long period, but whats coming is gonna make us all happy again.
I,m still a KORG lover, we will be happy in the end.

So, not directly from Korg!
Distributors and retailers often do not get the full story - why? because it is all about marketing and sales.
I am waiting for Korg to make some kind of contact.

Looks like it is easier to come in contact with an alien than with the folks at Korg
