That's interesting about a potential Roland Arranger.
I have pretty much had it with 'flagship' arrangers. I don't want to be a 'Test Pilot' anymore. I always find that the mid-range instruments tend to be half the price but have 75% of the flagship built into them.
I know your mentioning a Roland flagship but it will be far cheaper than a PA5X or Genos 2. Maybe if there is a replacement for the PSR-SX900 that also might be an option for me.
I wonder if there are any Members out there that tend to use their arrangers more as a sound module than for the arranger features. I know I do, more so now that I tend to solely play the Nautilus 88 which does not have an arranger engine (it does have an arpeggiator feature though).

I know it's irrelevant to this conversation but I honestly think the Yamaha DGX670 is the best pound for pound value for money arranger available today (weighted piano keyboard with stand and pedals) for less than £1,000. A low price, but crammed with features.
