it for , including my little Yamaha usb device that gives me Bluetooth to connect PA5x songbook to iPad Baum songbook.

Do the Korg drivers add extra functions?
As far as I experimented with the driver, there is no additional functionality.

I have no other comparison so I can’t comment if the “Generic USB MIDI” drivers support MIDI 2.0 or not?

My biggest issue is that I will not buy any other KORG devices until this is resolved due to the fact they all show up as “Generic USB MIDI” making it guessing game in my DAW when selecting.

I would think this might be a priority for KORG given that it hampers and distracts users away from KORG devices … that’s definitely not good for sales/revenue at KORG.

Thank you JagiChan.

Hi Rob, sorry, can’t help with the midi 2.
Hasn’t been a problem for me, my fp10 shows up as Roland, my sx 900 as Yamaha. Leaves only generic , which obviously is the Korg.

Hope you can get it sorted.
best wishes

Thanks, but that doesn’t work on latest Windows 11 … just comes back saying you have the latest drivers … I did try that early on in my attempt to resolve.
