Glad it worked out, good to know the solution, and thank you for your perseverance.

The only difference there appears to be, between the circuitry of the Behringer FCV100 used in expression mode, and the Korg XVP-20 expression port, is the value of the potentiometer; 50kOhm in the case of the Behringer part and 100kOhm in the Korg pedal, with the 50kOhm being low enough in value to spread out the expression signal curve sufficiently in the area of interest, to be usable on the KingKORG. Both pedals use a linear law potentiometer.

Could the other pedals be returned, as not being suitable?

Thank you for your time and help dear Voip, I listed the pedals on a second-hand gear website, will send them to a fellow musician for a little cheaper.
