so you're saying you have a remedy and after 15 seconds it does indeed come on and works fine after that? If so, I'd keep doing what you're doing and leave it alone. Even if you got it serviced, there's no guarantee it would light up instantly. Look at the POLL results, most of us have delays but after that the board works flawlessly. Would we take it in to get it looked at? No way. They are no longer under warranty and I'm not paying out the nose hoping my screen lights up instantly everytime. I can wait the 5-10 seconds It's a minor, very minor inconvenience.

If your touch screen works and the light comes and goes on it might be the inverter board that the screen connects to part number # KLM-2479 it's a good possibility that is the problem. Or it might need a new CCFT 4" Bulb. If your whole screen no longer works Korg has them but they are not cheap or you can contact Touchview direct.
