This one's for the R3
Here's one that I like, its probably in the manual but I came by it randomly. After selecting a program to play, press the shift button and it lets you view the numerical values/parameters for the four tweaking knobs you have assigned to the main page... Simple yet effective and handy

There seem to be a few undocumented features on the R3 editor...
When I hover over a value and move my mouse wheel, it jumps by larger numbers. When I hold the shift key down and spin the wheel, the numbers change by .5 values! The number on the screen doesn't show it, but the values appear to be at the higher (than screen) resolution.

Many of you already use the knobs of the Radias to send CCs into an outboard sequencer letting you automate your tweaks on playback.
You may not know that the Radias also sends sys-ex when in edit mode which lets you sequence tweaks to parameters that can only be reached through menus.
For example, while the arpeggiator is running go into edit mode, select trigger mode and use the 16 keys of the Radias to turn individual steps on and off in real time. All the edits will be sent out over MIDI to your sequencer. The best part is that once the sys-ex has been recorded, the Radias does not have to be in edit mode when you play it back.
Well worth experimenting with!!!!

You can use the step sequencer to get an old poly-series-style 'chord memory', without having to use up all your timbres.
you don't need to set to monophonic (another great use if you want to switch quickly from poly to chordmem).
just record your chord shape into the first step of the step sequencer, set the length to one step (and possibly set the note value to the shortest possible).
turn on transpose mode
and finally go to step #1 and set the gate time all the way up until it reads 'tie'.
it doesn't quite behave 'last note' (but then neither did my poly800), its more like 'last unique note' e.g. it won't retrigger a note that you're already holding down so trills are a bit more difficult.
still very useful

crossmod / ringmod trick
To get a totaly difrent sound out of the crossmod use it combination whit the ringmod functnion of osc2 at first it may sound teribble but when you ad a virtural patch to it(keytracking>crossmod osc 1 controle=8 or such)
now try difrent wave forms for osc 1 and 2 use this in combination whit a waveshaper on the sound best is pre filter but thats personal

you can also get some great plucked and struck string sounds from just oscillator 1 in unison mode.
Set the detune amount to something very small ~9 or so.
then route a bit of negative velocity to the initial phase (knob 2) parameter. (I have knob2 set to 20, and the Virtual Patch set to -20)
finally, add some waveshaping like the pickup waveshaper, and some envelope settings that decay before the subtle phasing cycles over...
with a sine wave you get a nice EP, with a square you get a more guitar-ish sound...
if you want to get a bit more realistic you could route a bit of envelope to the detune amount and the pitch.
