Korg Midi-Driver woes

Post by Rockitman »

Hello, I have the Radias-R and I just updated the Radias-R to version 2.0 using my MACbookpro. The update went fine, but I have a problem using the Editor. The Radias shows up in the Editor preferences, but when I request the data from the Radias-R I get an error that the Radias is not found. So, I tried using my PC with Windows XP. Windows is worse because the Driver never shows up in the Preferences box of the Editor.
I am using all of the latest software form the Korg.com site. I did see the previous post about a limit to the # of MIDI drivers in Windows. I can check that out tonight. Is anyone out there using a MAC and having success with the Radias-R version 2.0 and the Editor? The MAC version of the driver is 1.0.7, and the windows is 1.11. Thanks for your time.

Radias Editor / Korg USB Driver does work

Post by Rockitman »

I ended up using a brand new HP laptop xw8440. Loaded the Korg USB driver 1.11 and Radias Editor and everything works. I suppose I just had too many MIDI programs on my MAC laptop.
