Hi Chafik,

There will be a fourth DVD covering some advanced topics. See my earlier post in this thread requesting feedback from forum members on the proposal and contents. It will be available only to current customers and will be an "upgrade" of the current set, we will send out a new "4-up" loose insert for the existing DVD case. It will be filmed on a Pa2x. It will cost £5, which is less than cost price, this being a "thank you" to existing customers for the success of the first three DVD's. I'm currently trying to sort out dates for the filming with the current production team.

Also the next batch of 3 x 100 PAL and 3 x 100 NTSC DVD's will be screen printed in color, because we have subcontracted the replication. Whereas we made the first set of DVD's ourselves and had to use sticky labels which are not quite as nice. Also to add my apology for the delay - some customers have been patiently waiting since placing orders in December.

i have the DVD's I now have a complete database of all the customers who have orderd. I am on my easter break with my daughter currently so when i get back on monday 07/04/08 i will be posting out the PAL version of the DVDs that week. Rob will be distributing the NTSC versions. So sorry for the delays. This has been a mammoth task and we had no idea that the DVD sets would have been so popular worldwide. Thanks everyone for your patience with us. Please dont email us about the DVD untill at least 2 weeks after the 07/04/08 as every time we have to respond to emails it means we have less time to actually get them out to you. Both Rob and i hold down full time jobs and have families so we are s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d in every way. But we are committed to concluding this project so hold on. They are coming.

From the date of 1st April 2008, we are pleased to announce that the sole distributor for all NTSC format "Arranger secrets" DVD's is Frank Ventresca from AudioWorks USA. The distributorship includes all territories requiring NTSC format DVD's. This includes most of the Americas and Canada, not just North America. Audioworks will handle all inquiries, and any inquiries for NTSC format DVD's that arrive in the korgarrangersecrets@gmail.com from the date of 1st April onwards will be forwarded to Audioworks for response. The price to USA customers inclusive of P&P will be $70.

I have just sent a box containing 100 DVD sets to Frank. In this box are 61 "back orders" that Frank will send out on my behalf (in order to reduce the cost of international P&P). My apologies to these 61 customers for being so late with your deliveries. With the new arrangement via Audioworks, there will be a much better and more responsive service to customers in the Americas and Canada in the future.

I believe Frank will publish the contact details for Audioworks in due course.

We are still hoping that a Korg distributor in Europe will approach us with a view to become sole distributor for the Rest of World that uses PAL format DVD's. Until then the service for the PAL DVD's will continue to be provided by Worth who I know is struggling to cope with the workload.

Received them in good order from Frank....

If anyone is even thinking about buying a PA1(2)XPRO or PA800, you have to view these DVD's..

The DVD's are professionally done and do cover a lot of areas . The concept is new and refreshing.

Hi Avi and others,

The 4th DVD hasn't even been filmed yet. We are hopping it will be ready before the end of 2008. We will send email messages to all customers to let you know when you can order it. We are not accepting orders yet!

Notice and apology to all customers receiving DVD's in April 2008

We recently sent out nearly 200 sets of DVD's. It has taken a long time to find a production company to offload the work Worth and I have been doing duplicating all these DVD's. Unfortunately the cases provided by our supplier were not up to the quality of the cases Worth and I used for the first batch. The spindles are too small and the DVD's became dislodged in the post, they shook around and then became scratched on the spindles.

If anyone received DVD's with scratches we will replace them free of charge. If you are in North America ust send an email to Frank Ventresca frankieve@snet.net or to Worth Quarrie spalding1968@googlemail.com stating which DVD's had scratches and your postal address, and we will send them out to you in the next 2 to 3 weeks, complete with a new case from a diferent supplier.

Although this is a "volunteer project" being run not for profit, several people have sent us very nasty emails and letters about the scratched DVD's. There is no need for this - the poor quality cases were someting we only learned about after the problems that occured during shipping. It was not something we could have foreseen. Anyway, partly as a result I have resigned from the Arranger Secrets team and will be producing no more DVD's or other training materials on a "not for profit" basis. Anything I do from now on will be commercial and sold through commercial channels, not via the forum. I think Worth is "soldiering on" but I know he has just about had enough of doing all this work for charity as well.

I will be producing DVD4 together with Chris and Mick in the next few months, but we will be making this available through commercial channels at commercial rates.
