I'm afraid that Korg will have some difficulties to sell this "fake" which is on the Korg paper catalog in France...

Guess not. There isn't even a sign or artefact which points out it is a scan from a brochure... And WHEN it was a scan, it would be clearly when you read the EXIF, which every scanning software would leave. Deleting the EXIF is clearly a sign of.
For those who don't know what EXIF stands for: EXIF stands for EXtra InFormation, where merely extra data is put in by digital camera's and graphic software.

I have attended the NAMM SHOW every year for the last four years. I can't wait until January. I will see for myself or better than that. I will call my Korg tomorrow. Now that's intelligent.

I would err (and err! might be the most appropriate term) on the side of thinking that this is real. It seems that Korg France may have let slip information too early. If you follow the existing links you will find that the web pages have now been deleted. This suggests to me that Korg have asked them to delete this information. However I did find another French shop which seems to have jumped the bandwagon with the same information....sorry if someone else posted this link.....let's see if this one gets deleted in the same way.

The picture is definitely suspect, however it merely sounds like PA1XPro with a PA800 engine...
Still not a real upgrade sadly.....
Cheers

I look the picture many times, in my conclusion is a fake for many thing, like the colour of display, the cdrom where is it ecc..
the pitch band of course is no big like pa1xpro
maybe is little...like a dream
strange is (and no people talk about it) that
some switch, are different,, and less... and the sliders are 1 plus
256 mb max ?? and how many time for load it if the software is the same ?
... no good
for the rest it's normal upgrade with pa800 function
I only hope they update the pa1x for guitar mode, that's I'm sure is only software code and then no problem to insert
