Dear Dimitris,
Many, many thanks for the styles provided. I can honestly say that this is the most fun I have had since getting my PA800.
Chris
p.s. A big thanks to Sharp for uploading them.

Γεια σου Δημήτρης

Thank you very much for your work in converting the Pa1x styles, they're a very useful addition to the Pa2x and sound great. Did you add guitar mode tracks to any of them?

Also, I think there are a few traditional styles where the Drumkit is not mapped properly, I'll take a closer look and provide a list - so maybe anyone with some spare time can work on them. Maybe the import algorithm on the Pa800/Pa2x hasn't done the right mapping. What do you think?

Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Hi, Rob,

I haven't add anything to the styles. Also, I haven't notice any difference from PA1X. Everything works fine!

Regards,
Dimitris

P.S. I am very happy that you all like it! It's a great add to the new Korg models!!

PAX styles for PA 800

Post by jlbelard »

Hello Dimitri and Sharp

Any possibility to have these styles bundled in a .zip file instead of .rar?
I am sure you both understood that I do not have a clue about what to do with a .rar file (I did not even know that existed  )
Thanks in advance

That's true!

PA1X (PRO) remains one of the best arrangers in the world. I think that if it had double of SSD memory it would have many of the extra features (like Guitar Mode) that newer models including!

Dimitris

dimitris,
WOW, these are great styles. You made my day!
Many of these fit the music I lke to play... I would have never thought to see if some of the ones in PA1 are not in Pa2 and then to find out how good they are... WOW. :D :D :D

I relly don't see why Korg left them :( out, but thanks to you we have them in PA2... :D

Thanks very much,
Lee

Lee, I was thinking the same thing. I have already used a number of these styles. Does anyone have any insight onto why Korg would have left these out from the Pa2XPro?

I think KORG maybe wants some more space for new styles in the future. Recycling styles is not the best way of moving forward!
