As others have suggested, it sounds like the PCI card is either not seated and connected properly, or is not functioning properly for some other reason. It's unlikely that the Public ID would start with a string of zeros, so my guess is that this was another indication of the problem.mariosammut wrote:this is crazy! i couldn t get the new Auth Cd from korguser.net. Taking it into a service center would be one solution. Many problems are much easier to solve when talking with a product support specialist in real-time, as opposed to internet forums. The Korg Distributor in Malta is:

They are responsible for service and support. However, I understand that Malta is a small market (and "AUDIO & AUTO SOUND" implies that they may not be specialists in musical instruments...?). Perhaps they have an arrangement with Korg's distributor in Italy?
