You should probably start new thread about those ksounds pianos, with questions like 1. are they looped, 2. are they any good etc, 3. what's the size of each package etc etc.
I don't use those samples so can't answer to any of those questions.
Audacity is decent audio editor, will do the work, but I'm not sure is it capable of doing loops, don't think so, but you should try if you already have it. Even if it can't assign loop points in wave, it should be able to let you to loop and hear some looped section of sample, which should be enough for the start. If you manage to find loop points in editor, you can assign them in Extreme's sampler.
Wavosaur - never heard of it.
And by the way, RVNOak is right - there is nothing more satisfying than doing something on your own. Once you get to the point where you know how to create samples and multisamples out of waves, how to manipulate and combine them, how to program them to their maximum in Extreme, you'll be happy with yourself.
Or you can choose to be better musician and lesser programmer and pay someone to do it for you.
This option about giving samples to someone who would loop them in return isn't bad idea, too. Probably depends on where you live, don't give it someone who you are never gone see in person.
