Warranty does not depend on Korg, but on the Country the product is sold. A EU directive valid from the 2002 states that warranty of consumer electronics is 1 year from the manufacturer, and 2 years form the seller.
Not all EU members have received the directive. Frankly, I don't know if Poland has received this directive, and trasnsformed it into law. If not, the "older" Polish law does apply.
Best regards,

Mr Tramannoni ... nice :/ but ...
...Look Yamaha, Roland 2 years warranty - korg only 1...
Dynacord, Electro-Voice obligation dilers for 3 years (i think Roland Yamaha too) - why NO korg ?? Because korg produkt damage next to 1 year ??
Why i write this ??? Because i have 5 korg keyboard (pa60, Pa1x,pa800, pa2x, TR61) and all go to servise after warranty go off....
Sory for my "Ekselend" english

Yes but Paolo clearly wrote:-

..you can't expect Korg to be able to change that....

Macboy,
Your thinking is good, but i would tend to say that the company always has the upper hand. You are up against a multi billion dollar company.

Yes there is. Everywhere there is warranty.
Even if you buy the Korg on the moon
Just the legal expenses could be a problem for most people

No that is not warranty. You have the right that they fix for free. 100%
(unless of course the damage is own fault)
