Hey Babosh, you know i'm not sure myself either. However, i know that he's been working on some sort of software for a while. Keith, and Rob might know more about it. I was just wondering if that could save some time if part of the work has already been done. Never mind, if he's done something totally irrelevent to this subject.

Mick is working with a lot of things already XRM what you are doing.

Do not get me wrong here, but why do people not combine there strength ? 2 people have more knowledge than 1. Of course I don't know if Mick wants to co-operate, but if I see how many technicians there are here, I am sure combining the power will result in the final tool for Korg PA !

PS It is no problem to ask for money. You spend time to help people and people can pay for that. So that is no problem.

I am not a musician, but more about software developer (now, well, manager). And i would like to support your initiative by giving you a tool to develop the software.

If you in EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) i can send you full box of Visual Studio 2008 Team Suite + MSDN Universal (one full year of subscription) as a support for your development.

If you are from other regions then i can send you a code to activate MSDN subscription as a download only option.

Hope that this tool can make your job easier.
Offer available to anyone else?

Hi all developers,

Please remember that Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Express is free but very powerful - quite suitable for this kind of development. SharpDevelop 3 also is free and entirely compatible with VS 2008

Hi all,

Thanks PTO for the offer, but the tool is not the biggest problem; the difficult part is to understand korg formats.

Can any one tell why do we need PCG and KMP, are the sounds saved in the PCG or KMP ?

Don’t understand why korg make it so complicated!

But we only need one to succeed; I think I have achieved 90% of the task

If you have any info that can help, then I welcome your input

If you can’t help; its ok, I will continue as before, by myself

Hi Babosh,

The info I have that can help is as follows .... have you used XRM and PRM from Mick Barry and if so would you like to collaborate with him instead of writing all that again from scratch?

Best regards,
Rob
