I am beginning to get very. Autious about opening threads here. Seems there is always something else I don't know and with all the vsti you a use it is starting to make me really want that groove xr to load them into and use all at on e or mix up. I never heard of granular until now! Anyone have an example of where it was used, maybe a movie or song?

I have both moog apps for iPod/iPad. I had no idea the on the filtatron app this is what I am doing. Taking small bits of sound changing the length sometimes real short other times long the looping them. I really like the effect I get when I change the play back speed and especially when when Inreverse it! Just FYI Ingot filtatron for .99 cents and the animoog app last night for the same. I understand they will go to 9.99 after the brief introductory price. I haven't tried but I don't think animoog will do this granular work. Anyway thanks for the lesson everyone!
