Style editor!!! I really spend a lot of time dealing with hi hats and delicate ghost notes, sometimes i make drum tracks in nuendo and import in midi to pa3, but it takes a lot of time and is very frustrating. By the time im done with one variation i lose all inspiration. MicroX had an editor this is shame for keyboard that costs this much!!!

Oh and please stop comparing what a user can get with the M50, Krome or Kronos....
The software for those comes from Korg USA...Korg Italy is a TOTALLY separate company with their own "unique" way of doing things..
Sheesh, they won't even release codes to Stephen Kay to develop a Karma module for the PA series!! And Stephen Kay thinks the PA series is an IDEAL candidate for Karma...but no, Korg Italy can see no value at all in that. Just as they see no value in providing external software - this would mean they would also HAVE to release all the coding and sysex data, which is what they are soooooo afraid of!!

I agree. They already said they have no intention of releasing the codes to a 3rd party developer. Usually all the goodies in the form of software, plug ins and other fun stuff come from those developers. I remember digidesign had the same policy back in the days. That didn't work out too well for them so they became a lot more flexible. Smart move for them!miden wrote:Oh and please stop comparing what a user can get with the M50, Krome or Kronos....

Yeah, it's a shame Karma didn't find its way into the PA series. It's got its own software editor as well as many arranger-type capabilities.
