To answer the last question, the microARRANGER is functionally identical to the Pa50SD, but with mini keys and a lower price.

interstatemusic.com is showing them for $499. I talked to a guy there who said they would be shipping them out in 14-20 days. I wonder if Korg will be offering any promo's for the microArranger's debut?
