I usually do not make any big modifications...but I tweak nearly every patch I use. I save it back to its original slot as well, since the chances of me using the patch in its original condition is not likely.
Plus there is always the system restore if I really need a patch in its factory condition.
How Much Tweaking Do You Do ??
