The one I was trying to say is that imported PCG from Pa2X maybe suspect for this bug
and not imported samples and multisamples !
I don't face such an issue even clients of my commercial sets therefore I can't be more specific in yours.
You need also to find out which group may cause this problem erasing groups of sounds, Drumkits & Performance (after saving your Set) and restarting to test loading time !

Hi,
We are aware of a problem with slow loading samples in some situations, and we are after it. We are further investigating on this matter, but please do not bring your Pa3X to the Service Center before we come out with further notice.
We apologize for this inconvenience, and look forward to have a solution soon.
Best, Paolo

Do you have any news about the loading time. Right now I have 1073 sec of sampling time available, and my loading time is 23 minutes, yes 23.
I am not confortable using my PA3X on stage, because I would have to make people wait 23 minutes before we get back into the party. And yes power failures have happened even in the very best halls and hotels.
Please advise ASAP.
Thanks a 100000000000

It depends on a mix of factors, that are unfortunately impossible to collect on a limited set of rules. We are working on it, and it will be solved in the next OS release.redfox wrote:we can do something to not be in these situations? Or it is a dysfunction related to the number of samples loaded?

An important issue that can cause delaying while loading PCM data was recently
discovered during sound development on Pa3X.
Advanced users might have noticed that sharing a common sample with more than
one multisample creates index conflicts of multisamples with result of sample
loss on exporting as KMP file.
The same conflict happens while loading multi addressed sounds of a sample
shared multisamples from a xxx.SET , common samples are lost or invalid !
This issue comes a step beyond in delaying PCM loading on Pa3X as I recently found.
Therefore try not to share the same loop or sample sound with more than one multisamples ,
this seemed to be one of important reasons to delay PCM preloading in Ram or Pa3X start up.
In that case it's important to duplicate common samples and allign then to each multisample.

That's quite an extremely odd thing to do anyway. No wonder KORG didn't catch this during beta testing. Therefore try not to share the same loop or sample sound with more than one multisamples
