As I said I like this collection very much, very straightforward and live sounding, like playing with a small band, a lot of attention to small details. Combis are of consistent quality all over and it's difficult to pick the best. Many of them are also quite modern/electronic sounding with some trip-hop beats... no big synth sound layers here, mostly variations of pianos, guitars, organs... What are you looking for?

I only have my M3 for two weeks now and I already tried to download all available sounds from the net. At the moment I play this set most of the time but I still have to explore a lot of material.

I'm looking for smooth jazz/rock/fusion and ballads to help with my compositions. I'll give it a try.

Downloaded this a week ago, very smooth and quick transaction.

I can just confirm what everybody already said - this is a brilliant sound collection! Great feel, technically well made, very thoughtful and useful, just what M3 needed. Very addictive too... :D :D ... a bargain and a must for every fan. Thanks! What's next?

Additional Acoustic Inspiration sound set demonstration video is now available. This is a short overview of a small part of KARMA generated sequences/scenes within selected combis.

You can watch video at:

I had a great fun doing it, please let me know how you like it.

Hi, I have one question for Karma experts.

I own M3 for some time now but never dig deep enough into Karma etc. Now I got this set and there is combi called Hipnotic Monday which is really nicely made. On scene 5 you have Rotary Guitar and bass playing riffs very similar to Pink Floyd Another Brick in the Wall, part 1 or many other songs from The Wall album.

As I'm a big fan of Pink Floyd music I want to use this in my own songs. I tried to create a combi from the scratch using the same Funkin Guitar GE and the same programs (Slow Rotary E. Guitar) and effects as with this combi. I also checked all Karma settings on all pages. However, whatever I do, I cannot get the same result. Am I missing something? In general, what would be the proper workflow for creating similar effect in my combis?

Thanks!

Have you checked all GE Real Time Paramaters of all four modules and Master module? Check P7.3, all tabs.

I know what you mean, Hipnotic Monday is quite addictive. It is also highly configurable so you could try different variations. By the way, Pink Floyd were one of my all time favourite bands too. :D

Synthman, sorry for the late reply, I was very busy last week.

I'm very happy to hear you like the styles. :D :D :D It is true that this particular combi was from the beginning partially inspired by Pink Floyd, however I later got carried away and added some additional and different instrumentation. KARMA is very complex and it is not easy to re-create a combi from scratch. The key is to check all Karma settings on Page 7 for your module (in this case Module A), Master module and Real Time Parameters. It is also important to check all Program settings and effect routings. I suggest you go through the settings and I'm sure you will learn a lot and eventually be capable to do what you want. As with all the combis in this collection you have eight different programmed scenes available and each of them is different, please check all of them.

But maybe, the easiest would be to save the combi to another slot and then change it to your liking. Slow down the tempo a bit, keep Rotary Guitar settings as you prefer, play with sliders and knobs, as they can completely change the feel, change drum and organ GEs, adjust programs etc. It is easy and I can guarantee you will have a lot of fun. :D

The good thing is that in the process you will for sure come up with many new musical ideas and get inspired.

Thanks to both. Ok, I see there is SO many things to try it will keep me busy for a while. :) Loving M3 so much!

BTW, I already managed to slightly change another great combi "Ordinary Lie" to my preference. Cool, smooth rock, excellent for my purpose - reminds me to one of my favourite singers Sade.

I have this for a month or so and play it a lot. Just spectacular!

For sure one of the best things that happened to m3 in a while.

Big thanks!

I like the demo. Unfortunately I got non-expanded version of M3. Will this work?
