HI,
Actually i wanted to show the viewers the sound as it comes from my tyros speakers. My apologies for the sound quality, but next time i'll try to keep the room as quite as possible!!!
And for my INDIAN FRIENDS or anyone who would like to work with INDIAN LOOPS, SOUNDS, TABLA, DHOLAK...create your own beats....KORG is my suggestion.
As you can see in my earlier videos, i was able to import INDIAN LOOPS on Tyros 3, but that was only on multipads with the fixed tempo as it is on my loops. I couldn't change the tempo, or adjust the sample etc. It used to play AS IT IS on multipads.
But on Korg, it is a sampler. i was able to import a sample (Dholak Loop 125 BPM), able to slice it, used it in STYLE by creating custom style or merge it in any exisiting Style and moreover, VARY the TEMPO THAT's GREAT in KORG.
Will upload some more videos for that. Check out my channel at wwww.youtube.com/y2vikram
Thanks,
Vikram

Friends,
Please understand that i cannot play like the person mentioned in the above videos but i would like you guys to hear the difference in the sound between the 2 instruments. Please don;t go by my playing capabilities which i know would be far inferiors than the professionals players in this forum.
What i am showing is the difference in sound tone specifically for MY NEEDS.
Thanks,
Vikram

Hi Vikram
I found that a better piano sound is achieved if STRETCH tuning is used (as in real pianos).
Go to main screen and select SUB SCALE and allocate Stretch to your piano.
(It does affect all the 3 upper voices, but if Piano is your main sound it's OK.
Make sure the sub scale is unlocked ( top left hand side) so that when you go to other sounds, you will go back to EQUAL.
Try G D G!
My Yamaha Clav defaults to Stretch tuning on Piano & EP sounds - not sure if Tyros 3 does.
Regards
Clavie
