I haven't tested Patriot Supersonic Xpress 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive but I assume
that has close behavior.

For the rest of you
Do not forget that HD is just a media storage used only to save or load resource files,
sets or realtime use of SMF or Mp3 files and has nothing to do with start-up time since
preloaded Ram data and OPS are written to internal motherboard SSD chipset and this
can't be changed by users !

Therefore wasting money for storage media you just gain speed of loading these data when
needed that most users rarely do , and 61 keybed users can work fine with a simple USB stick
under these circumstances.
Also factory start-up loading time is close to 1 min and User's PCM loading time is
proportional to number ,duration and complexity(time sliced) of user samples.
A moderate un-compressed 256 Mb PCM setup with st-by ram battery needs about 2 min
start-up time for 3000 samples and 75 sec for 1500 samples of bigger length.
