Thanks again Dan, the above instructions worked very well.
The only issue I had was after creating a Bookmark I wasn't presented with any window for renaming it. I did a quick reboot and all was fine.
Cyberduck is a very simple and straight forward FTP program. :D

Looks like most of the answers have been covered. You do need a client to upload, you can read with OS ftp.

While I use things like cyberduck, filezilla for work - with my Kronos I want something fast and easy. I remembered a little goody called:OneWay.
http://goto11.net/oneway/

I put a couple booksmarks it in for my Kronos: SSD1 and SSD1/SNGS

Now, I can write click on anything on my mac and have the option to send it via ftp to any of those bookmarks, and there they are on my Kronos. Pretty slick really.

Following Dan's outline above made the whole procedure pretty straightforward. What is nice about Cyberduck is that there was very little to almost no setup following the instructions above. It allows me to do all I need to. My files ystem has never been so much in order as it is now with little effort.

Cyberduck is great. It is usually my client of choice. I just don't want to open an app every time I want to transfer something to my Kronos.
Being able to right click anything and just send, just makes more sense in this situation for my workflow.
